Attending the frame of reference of the Diary 2030 and the transversal and multidimensional nature of the Deputation of Barcelona, have defined the following strategic lines that configure the programs and acts of the Area and that are deploying with the alliances of the local bodies and of the agents of the sportive and social tissue:

Guarantee and democratise the practice of the sport and of the physical activity for everybody, since the social equity and of genus and since the social inclusion of those more vulnerable communities and of others, with necessities and own peculiarities (young, functional diversity, big persons, etc.).
  2. Further the feminine sport, along all the life of the wives, through programs of physical activity continued, posing emphasis at the battle against the sedentarism of the young populace.
  3. Facilitate the sustainable physical activity, generadora of welfare and of living quality. A sportive practice at equality and hand of every discrimination and abuses, everything acting against the masclisme and the gender violence, promoting the no sexist coeducation and fostering the feminine sport.
  4. Promote active surroundings at the public room, so much at the natural medium like urban, facilitating the sustainability of the events and reducing his ambient cost by means of the modernisation of the installations. Make of the municipal sportive ecosystem some surroundings at civic and democratic values, enriching the community life of the neighbourhoods, collaborating with the centres and entities and preventing problems of coexistence and of social exclusion.
  5. Cement a mesh of equipments of quality and modernitzadat that it fulfil ideal conditions of citizen attention and personal and collective security, for the physical and sportive practice.
  6. Preserve the kicks of municipal sports to achieve the assequibilitat of the public prices and the financial sustainability of the municipal equipments, facing at the increment of the operative expense (energetic cost and management of installations) and watching for the economic balance of the models of management.

  7. Popularise the disciplines of the more sportive events important, everything promoting the territory of the province.
