Published the second learning module for the location of the SDG

Now you can consult the second learning module for the location of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), entitled "Territorial Planning to Obtain SDGs".

The learning modules are the result of a joint initiative of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), the Global Taskforce for Local and Regional Governments, UN-Habitat and UNDP-Art, with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council, ​​which have the objective of training and providing tools to carry out the implementation of SDG at the local level, also called "localization of SDG".

After the publication of the first module, that made us an introduction of how to "localizing the SDG," this second module deals with how SDG can be integrated in the local and territorial development plans. The main objective of the module is to show and provide tools on how SDG can be useful to improve territorial planning processes and, as a result, how this planning can become a key engine for achieving SDG at all levels.

The module has series of interactive practical exercises that allow trainers to plan and carry out workshops based on an active learning experience that favors the exchange of knowledge.
