La diputada i portaveu republicana a l'Ajuntament de Capolat, Mireia Besora,ens explica que el confinament en un micropoble es tradueix en aïllament absolut i sovint amb la dificultat d’accés a alguns serveis bàsics.

Mireia Besora explica que cal treballar per un equilibri territorial que permeti una igualtat d'accés als serveis bàsics i evitar l'aïllament de molts micropobles arreu del territori en situacions com la que s'està vivint durant el confinament.
