Objetive:

Assess the conditions of a community in terms of its health and well-being. Identify areas for improvement and appropriate strategies for improvement.

Methodology:

The tool analyses the conditions of a community through a wide range of indicators, belonging to 11 categories that are considered relevant to health and well-being: air, water, food, light, movement, thermal comfort, noise, materials, mind, community and innovations.

Opportunities and limitations:

Based on scientific evidence.

Although access to the web application and all the elements that make up the analysis is free, WELL tools usually involve payment for some of the resources, official certification or expert advice at some point.

Percentage of vegetation cover, shade area, urban heat island mitigation measures.
Level of air pollution.
Mental health support measures and mechanisms.
