Com funciona

Aproximar a la gent gran a les entitats del municipis i conèixer els recursos que ofereixen amb l’objectiu d’adherir als participants a la xarxa comunitària. També afavorir un espai de comunicació i coneixent-se entre els participants del programa creant vincle entre ells.
